So how do you create your reality?

Scientists and mystics agree that "everything is energy."

In fact, the entire physical world, including YOU, are in essence, simply patterns of light and information, vibrating at different frequencies.

So even though everything appears to be "solid" or "real", its only because you perceive it as such through your five sensory awareness.

And we tend to believe what we can perceive and little else. 

But the truth is, at a sub-atomic level everything is popping in and out of reality from the field of quantum potential.  

Which means that what you perceive has the potential to change at any moment, based on how you observe it.

So if your life isn't working, its usually because you're focusing too much on what you don't want, or what has already happened in the past, and using that to create your future. 
 

Which activates and shapes the quantum field to match up with what you observe and believe to be true! 

That's why change feels so hard, or takes a lot of time.  When you keep focusing on trying to solve a problem, instead of creating what you desire, you inadvertenly lock what's blocking you into place. 

Constantly reinforcing a "memorized" version of yourself instead of what else is possible!

But what if change could be easier?

What if your beliefs are simply programs that influence what you observe, so when you change them at the root level, energetically, you get to step into a new reality?

Kind of like the programs that run on your computer, when they're outdated, or infected by bugs and viruses, they limit you and slow you down. 

And they'll keep running in the background mucking things up and stopping your flow unless you change up the information "source code" that's shaping your reality.

Just like when you tweak the code that formats your website, the pages can look entirely different once you hit the refresh button!
